Currently serving as the Director of Product Support at SheerID since July 2022, Ryan previously held roles such as Manager of Product Support and Manager of Software Support at Balto, where leadership involved overseeing a team providing B2B technical assistance for software products. Ryan's experience also includes a significant tenure at Biamp as Technical Support Manager, leading a team specializing in professional AV systems.
