Laura Spence

Laura Spence has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura is currently the Chief of Staff at SheerLuxe, a leading online fashion and lifestyle publisher. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Head of HR and Operations for three years.

Before joining SheerLuxe, Laura was a Claims Specialist at Unum and also had a brief period of self-employment. Laura also co-founded a business called Little Stems, where they initially sold flowers through a subscription service and later transitioned to providing B2B services.

Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Senior Dispute Officer at Chubb Insurance in Australia and as a Paralegal at the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office. Laura also gained experience as a Criminal Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service and as a Trainee Solicitor at Coninghams. Laura began their legal career as a Paralegal at Peters & Peters Solicitors LLP. Laura holds qualifications as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Laura Spence attended Canford School in Dorset from 1994 to 1996. Laura then went on to study at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French & Spanish. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended BPP Law School, where they completed a PgDL and LPC degree in Law.
