Michael Koelzer

Michael Koelzer is the Director of Manufacturing at SHEETAK INC., with extensive experience in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. They have a strong background in DMAIC, Engineering Management, Process Engineering, and Value Stream Mapping, and have held various roles including President at Catalyst Microtech LLC and Director of Operations at Criteria Labs. Michael's expertise includes die attach, wirebond, and dicing processes, as well as high-reliability and thermal assembly techniques. They have also contributed to companies such as Plexus Corp. and Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc. throughout their career. Michael is currently pursuing education at ASU.
