Grace Wirfel

Grace Wirfel has extensive experience in leadership development and talent management, currently serving as the Manager of Leadership Development and Talent Management at Sheetz since August 2013, where responsibilities include creating Competency Profiles for critical roles. Previously at Sheetz, as an Instructional Designer II, Grace conducted a competency-based needs assessment and developed a comprehensive Leadership Development Course for Production Leaders. Before joining Sheetz, Grace worked at the National Drug Intelligence Center, where notable achievements included supervising a training staff that delivered over 477 sessions to more than 13,900 officials, maintaining high approval ratings, and managing the Leadership Development Program. Grace holds an M.S. in Adult Education and Communications Technologies and a Bachelor's in Communications Media, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
