Kelley Brown

Kelley Brown, PE, is currently an Entitlement Manager at Sheetz, having previously held the position of Assistant Entitlement Manager. Prior to this, Kelley directed regulatory affairs and quality at American Skin Food Group from 2016 to 2024, overseeing multiple meat manufacturing facilities. Kelley also gained experience as an Engineering Management Trainee at Smithfield Foods and completed internships focused on health, environment, and safety at Chevron Mining and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University.
