Fallon Falconio has worked in the customer service industry since 2009. Fallon began their career with The Jones Group Inc. as an Allocator in 2009. In 2015, they moved to Opus Remote: Back Office Solutions as a Customer Service Representative. Since 2018, they have been employed by SHEEX, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative.

Fallon Falconio received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stockton University in 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Associate's Degree from Camden County College.
