Tom Eagar is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in executive search and talent advisory, currently serving as the Head of ESG & Sustainability Practice at Sheffield Haworth since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as Associate Consultant and Head of ESG at Per Ardua Associates, focusing on investment management and senior management executive search across various financial sectors, including asset management and insurance. Tom's earlier career includes a commodities search role at Human Capital and an associate position at Pelham International, specializing in banking executive search. Tom began the professional journey with an internship at Arthur D. Little after earning a BA in History from The University of Sheffield.
