Deep Shah

Deep Shah is a Rig Manager at Shelf Drilling since October 2021, recognized as the youngest Rig Manager in the company's global fleet. Managing the Jackup Rig - Key Singapore and handling ONGC as a client, Deep achieved an impressive 83-day turnaround for rig preparation during the monsoon at Vedanta's Dwarka location and successfully completed the Third-Party Inspection for the next contract. Deep has previously held roles as Assistant Rig Manager and Operations Engineer, where responsibilities included KPI project initiation, merger and acquisition of rigs, and overseeing day-to-day operations for drilling campaigns. Prior experience includes positions at Adani Welspun Exploration Limited and Reliance, contributing to drilling planning and execution of offshore well campaigns. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deen Dayal Petroleum University.
