Mark Jones

Mark Jones is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in international tax. Mark started their career at Morrison, Reinert and Company CPAs, where they managed tax compliance for various entities and represented clients in federal tax audits. Mark then joined Sonat as a Tax Staff and worked their way up to Tax Manager, handling partnership and corporate tax compliance, audits, and tax planning. In 1999, Mark joined Transocean as a Senior Tax Manager, overseeing North America tax operations and managing US IRS audits. Mark later took on roles as a Senior International Tax Manager, responsible for various regions including Asia Pacific, North East Asia, and the Mediterranean Caspian and Black Sea. Mark's most recent position was at Shelf Drilling, where they served as the International Tax Director. Prior to that, they worked at Neovia Logistics as an International Tax Professional.

Mark Jones CPA obtained a Master's Degree in Taxation from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business in 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 1984. Mark completed their secondary education at Andrews High School from 1976 to 1980. In addition, they became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas in 1986 and obtained Singapore Permanent Resident status in 2010.
