Mike Subbota has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2019. Mike began their career as a Junior Uplay PC QA Tester at Ubisoft, where they gained experience working in multiple Agile teams of developers and stakeholders according to Scrum and Kanban boards. Mike's roles included testing at every stage of development, creating and keeping Test Cases and Test Suites in Testrail or Excel, investigating, capturing, reporting, and reviewing bugs, and providing suggestions for product development with explanation of possible benefits and loses. Mike also had a role as a Game Tester. In 2021, Subbota moved to Shelf as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and to Ciklum and Jabra as a Junior QA Engineer and Junior QA, respectively.
Mike Subbota obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lviv State University of Internal Affairs in 2019, after studying there from 2014-2019. Mike also obtained a Master's degree in Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing from Lviv State University of Internal Affairs in 2019, after studying there from 2013-2019. Additionally, they hold an ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification from iSQI Group.
