Mathieu Fourn is currently the Director of Financial Solutions at the Shell Foundation, where they deploy catalytic capital to accelerate clean energy access in Africa and India. They previously served as Global Director of Financial Products at Opportunity International, managing a team of microfinance experts and driving financial inclusion across multiple continents. With a solid background in finance and economics, Mathieu has held various roles at prominent companies like GE Capital and RCI Bank, focusing on innovative finance and technical assistance for financial institutions. They hold a Master's degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, complemented by a certification in ESG & Impact Investing from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
