Paul Simpson OBE

Paul Simpson OBE is a climate change and sustainability leader and advisor, currently serving as a Sustainability Advisor for Ecovisory and an Advisor for Watershed and EdenTree Investment Management. They co-founded CDP in 2001 and held the position of CEO for twelve years, significantly advancing global environmental disclosure practices. Recognized for their contributions, Paul received an OBE for services to tackling climate change in 2022 and was honored with the Responsible Business Honouree Award by Reuters Events the same year. With extensive experience advising various organizations, Paul has also served on boards for multiple initiatives, including the Science Based Targets Initiative and the Climate Disclosure Standards Board. Paul earned an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath with distinction.
