Michael Colatarci has extensive experience in marketing and operations within the restaurant industry. Prior to this role, experience at Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill as Marketing Director involved concert promotion and building sponsorship relationships. Michael also played a significant role at Quaker Steak & Lube for nearly a decade, focusing on promotions and employee training.
