Aaron Levis

Aaron Levis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and technology roles within leading organizations. Currently serving as Chief Data Officer at Shell since February 2015, Aaron has led various initiatives in safety, environmental management, asset management, and digital technology. Previous positions at Shell include General Manager of Surface Engineering Technology, AI Engineering Manager, Data Engineering Manager, Advanced Analytics Programme Lead, and Senior Infrastructure Project Manager. Prior to Shell, Aaron worked at Accenture as Industry Solutions & Services Manager, focusing on the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Utilities industries. Aaron began a career in research as a Research Assistant at University College London, contributing to a significant EU-funded project. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer-Aided Process Engineering from UCL and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
