Abby Frederick is a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Professional currently engaged in multiple roles at Shell, including Global Human Resources Consultant and Talent Advisor. With a strong foundation in both Generalist and Specialist roles, Abby has developed a strategic approach to Employee and Labor Relations that enhances organizational reputation while safeguarding the employee experience.
