Afolabi Babalola is an experienced geophysicist specializing in exploration and production with over 17 years in the oil and gas industry. They held the position of Whale Development Geophysicist at Shell Exploration & Production Company from 2017 to 2023, where they played a key role in seismic survey processing and well planning. Afolabi is currently the Secretary Elect for the Geophysics Society of Houston and serves as the Founder and Board Chairman of BabsFoundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underprivileged students.
