Ahmed Hamza

Ahmed Hamza is the HR Director at Shell, where they are currently engaged in one of the largest flare reduction projects in the world. With over 20 years of experience in human resources across more than 10 countries, Ahmed has led teams and managed comprehensive HR functions while overseeing significant budgets exceeding $350 million USD. They hold an Executive MBA from The London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo. Previously, Ahmed held various HR roles at Shell, including Regional Policy Advisor for Compensation & Benefits in the Middle East and Country HR Director in Egypt, where they developed and implemented key HR initiatives to align with organizational strategies.
