Ahmed Sadek

Ahmed Sadek is a seasoned professional in rotating equipment engineering, currently serving as a Senior Rotating Equipment Projects Engineer at Shell since August 2022, where responsibilities include project development and technical assurance. Previously, Ahmed worked as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at Shell Nederland Chemie B.V. from October 2017 to July 2022, providing specialist advice on operational and maintenance aspects of rotating equipment. Between February 2013 and September 2017, Ahmed supported project construction, commissioning, and startup activities for rotating equipment at Shell. Prior experience includes a role as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at ENPPI from December 2004 to February 2013, focusing on engineering selections and the preparation of specifications. Ahmed holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from Cairo University, completed in 2004, and is a Chartered Engineer with the MIMechE designation.
