Albert Mendoza

Albert Mendoza has over 30 years of experience leading large turnaround projects, primarily at Shell Oil Company where they have been a Turnaround Leader since 1975. They have extensive expertise in turnaround planning, execution, and safety processes, particularly with Olefins Crackers and FCCU projects. Albert has also held positions as a Turnaround Planner and Coordinator, focusing on the maintenance execution of major turnarounds. Currently, they are engaged in the 2009 OP2/HOA Turnaround and possess a deep knowledge of Gulf Coast Security changes and critical path management.
