Aleksandra Grabska

Aleksandra Grabska has extensive experience in human resources and digital transformation, with a notable career at Shell from November 2021 to August 2025, where roles included Digital HR Project Manager Skills Solution and Human Resources Consultant. Prior to Shell, Aleksandra worked at ING as a Corporate HR COO/Talent & Learning Intern. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruitment Resourcer at Europe Solutions in 2014. Educational qualifications include an IB diploma from Lincoln Park High School, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Warsaw, a Bachelor's in Sociology, Social Psychology from Université Paris 8, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University.
