Alessandra Pinheiro

Alessandra Pinheiro has accumulated extensive experience in financial management and business integration within the energy sector, primarily at Shell from January 2006 to November 2023. In the role of Business Integration & Assurance Manager for Gas & Power Trading, Alessandra was responsible for coordinating risk management frameworks and enhancing process efficiencies to maximize commercial value while minimizing operational risks. Prior positions included various finance leadership roles, supporting upstream and exploration business activities, and overseeing project accounting. Alessandra also has experience as an E&P Marketing & Regulatory Specialist at EP Energy and contributed to pricing policies in a joint venture project between Shell and Cosan. Alessandra holds an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
