Alexey Kulazhenkov has extensive experience in the energy and power sectors, beginning as an Analyst in the Strategic Department at YUKOS from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Alexey served as a Senior Analyst in Strategy and New Business Development at TNK BP from 2005 to 2007. Alexey transitioned to Merrill Lynch, where the role evolved from Vice President for Energy and Power from March 2007 to November 2014 to Director of the Energy and Power Team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch until April 2018. Subsequently, Alexey joined Shell in June 2018, contributing as a Business Development Manager for CIS and as a Senior M&A Adviser within both Central Business Development and Digital and Corporate M&A until July 2025.
