Alice Cunningham MRICS

Alice Cunningham MRICS is currently a Portfolio Manager EMEA for Commercial Deals & Projects at Shell, where they manage real estate portfolios for institutional funds and property companies. They have previously worked as a Chartered Surveyor at JLL and held various roles at Workman LLP, including Management Surveyor and Senior Surveyor. Alice holds two Master’s degrees: an MSc in Management (with Finance) from the University of Chester Business School and an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional Practice from Middlesex University.
