Aman Gautam

Aman Gautam is currently the Vice President of Sales at Shell, leading the Industrial Lubricants division in India. In this role, they oversee business profitability, channel management, and customer development while guiding a team of marketing and sales professionals. Previously, Aman served as the Global Associate Brand Manager for Shell Advance Engine Oils and held various positions at Shell, including Senior Project Manager in China and Marketing Manager in India. They began their career as a Management Trainee at Perfetti Van Melle and later worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Pennzoil Quaker State. Aman is an INSEAD alumnus and actively engages in alumni activities while pursuing interests in fitness, people development, and sustainability.
