Amr Aly

Amr Aly is currently the CCS Portfolio Lead at Shell, where they lead business planning, portfolio management, and strategic projects for the Carbon Capture and Storage business. With a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Cairo University, Amr has previously worked as a petroleum engineer at companies such as Eni, BP, and BG Group, and has held roles in reservoir engineering and internal audit. Their extensive experience has equipped them with strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and analytical abilities, enabling success in adapting to diverse environments and overcoming challenges across multiple countries. Amr has also contributed significantly to various projects, including those involving reservoir simulations and resource management.
