Amy Adams is currently the Senior Transformation Project Manager for Shell’s Gulf of America Deepwater business, where they are focused on cost effectiveness and organizational productivity through strategic deployment of artificial intelligence. Previously, they served as the Business Advisor to the SVP of Shell Polymers, integrating leadership effectiveness within the Polymers community. Amy has also held roles such as Pressure Equipment Team Lead and Materials Engineer, leading teams and managing engineering projects across various sectors of the energy industry. They hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Florida.
