Anders Hoem

Anders Hoem is a Project Engineer and Deputy Project Manager for the Ormen Lange Phase 3 Onshore project at Shell, where they have worked since 2021. They previously held various roles at Shell, including Construction Lead and Project Engineer, focusing on the Draugen projects from 2017 to 2018. Prior to joining Shell, Anders served as a Structural Discipline Lead at Fabricom from 2012 to 2013, overseeing teams and conducting detailed engineering work for several projects. Anders holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management with a focus on Offshore Safety from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag.
