Andrea Rogers

Andrea Rogers is a strategic HR and business professional with a diverse background in various industries. They served as a Territory Manager at Colgate-Palmolive, followed by a role as a Business Improvement Coordinator at Thiess, and held multiple positions at Shell including Manager Learning IG Australia and Lead HR Consultant. Previously, Andrea worked as an International Business Advisor for Trade and Investment Queensland, assisting SMEs with international market entry. They also spent several years at BHP as an HR Manager for FIFO operations. Currently, Andrea is pursuing a Bachelor in International Business at Griffith University and an MBA at Queensland University of Technology.
