Andreas Glawar

Andreas Glawar is a Senior Carbon Solution Advisor and Research Scientist with extensive experience in life cycle assessment, fuel and combustion chemistry, and engine test method development. They have held significant roles at Shell, where they advised on greenhouse gas intensity and led projects focused on decarbonization. Previously, Andreas held positions such as Project Supervisor at the Glycobiology Institute and tutor at Hertford College while also serving as treasurer for the Oxford University Volleyball Club and St. John's College Boat Club. They earned a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Oxford, complemented by a Master's in Cancer Biology and a Bachelor's in Chemistry.
