Andrew Cook

Andrew Cook is an experienced geophysicist with a strong background in oil and gas exploration and production. Beginning a career at Enterprise Oil as a Graduate Geophysicist, Andrew has since held senior positions at Syria Shell Petroleum Development B.V. and Shell, including roles such as Senior Production Geophysicist and Geophysics Area Lead for the Gulf of Mexico. Responsibilities have included mentoring local colleagues, managing subsurface teams, coordinating integrated activities, and ensuring technical assurance in diverse field developments, notably in the U.S., Norway, and Brazil. Andrew holds an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen.
