Andrew Donovan

Andrew Donovan is a Senior Freight Trader and Chartering Manager at Shell, a position they have held since 2016. Previously, they worked as a Tanker Broker at SSY - Simpson Spence Young from 2012 to 2016, and as a Freight Trader - Chartering at General Maritime Management LLC from 2005 to 2012. They began their career in the maritime industry as a Ship's Officer with OSG Ship Management from 1998 to 2002 and have held various roles in operations and vessel coordination. Andrew earned a BS in Marine Transportation and Business Administration from the State University of New York Maritime College in 1998.
