Andrew Foster

Andrew Foster serves as the Mobility Finance Manager for Shell, focusing on the West Coast and key accounts since August 2020. With a strong background in financial management, Andrew has led the design and implementation of commercial incentive programs, conducted critical deal evaluations, and ensured transparency in financial reporting. Previously, Andrew worked as a Market Risk Analyst and a Finance Advisor for the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico Stones asset, driving significant cost savings and financial oversight. Early career experiences include an internship at Shell where Andrew developed a surplus management plan for a substantial construction project and at AXA Advisors, LLC, where client financial strategies were supported. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
