Andrew Sobolev

Andrew Sobolev is a Corporate Tax & Financial Manager with extensive experience in tax management and consultancy. They held the position of Tax Manager at Severstal from 2020 to 2021 and previously worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at PwC Russia in 2014 and 2015. Andrew has also served as a Senior Tax Analyst for Johnson & Johnson and as a Junior Tax Manager for Unilever. Currently, they are the Pillar 2 Tax Lead at Shell. Andrew holds a Master of Laws in International Financial Law and a Bachelor of Laws, both from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and is a holder of the ADIT qualification.
