Andrew Sparrow

Andrew Sparrow has extensive legal experience in the energy sector, primarily with Shell. Beginning as Legal Counsel at Shell International Trading and Shipping from 1996 to 2000, Andrew provided legal advice for crude oil and product trading. Following this role, Andrew served as Principal Counsel for North West Shelf Australia LNG from 2003 to 2007, where responsibility included legal support for LNG sales in key Asian markets. Andrew further held positions at Shell International B.V. as Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on global LNG operations. In subsequent roles at Shell, Andrew advanced to Associate General Counsel, first overseeing LNG trading and later expanding responsibilities to include legal support for the global downstream LNG business. Additionally, Andrew took on compliance and management roles, culminating in the position as Head of Legal for Singapore. Andrew holds a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
