Andrey Kudyarov, LLM, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management, mergers and acquisitions, and wealth planning. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Higher School of Economics and a Teaching Professor at Maqsut Narikbayev University, they have held various significant roles, including Kazakhstan, Russia, and Caspian Country Tax Manager at Shell and International Tax Director at EY. Prior to these roles, Andrey contributed as a tax advisor at the International Finance Corporation and worked at notable firms such as PwC and KPMG.
