Andy Beard

Andy Beard has extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors, particularly in leadership roles at Shell, where tenure included positions such as President of Hydrogen and Head of Global Operations for Shell Aviation, overseeing one of the largest refuelling networks globally. Prior experience includes managing the Deal Making Department for Oil Products Trading in Europe and Africa, with responsibility for international teams. Early career roles involved financial analysis at Credit Suisse and internships at HSBC, focusing on corporate investment banking and market research. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Strategy & Diplomacy from The London School of Economics and Professional accreditation from the CIMA Chartered Institute of Management Accounting.
