Andy Davis is a seasoned retail executive with over 30 years of experience in the retail industry, currently serving as the Global Strategic Retail Alliance Manager at Shell. Previously, Andy held key leadership positions, including Trading Director at BP Retail UK, where they oversaw a team responsible for Trading, Category Management, and Supply Chain. Andy's career also includes roles such as Chief Convenience Officer at Central Convenience Stores Limited and Director of Buying at Alldays Stores Ltd. They began their journey in retail with J Sainsbury, progressing through various management roles before moving into buying and strategic leadership positions. Andy holds a National Diploma in Business Studies from Eastleigh College.
