With a career at Shell that spans from Ship’s Captain to Manager of Maritime Security and Emergency Response, they have leveraged professional maritime skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities. In recent roles, Andy has been responsible for incident management and response training across EMEA, ensuring Shell's preparedness for significant maritime incidents. Andy holds a Higher National Diploma in Maritime Studies with Distinction from South Shields Nautical College.
