Angie Theresia is currently a Lead Wells Engineer focusing on New Business Development and Global Exploration at Shell, where they also serve as Co-Lead for the Employee Advisory Board to Shell’s Global DE&I Council. Previously, they held various engineering and analytical roles at Shell, BP, and Schlumberger, contributing to projects in HPHT design and renewables. Angie began their technical career as a Technical Analyst at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy and has experience as a Business Advisor in wind power. They are pursuing an Executive MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, while also completing a Master of Science at Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Engineering at The University of Manchester.
