Anil Upadhya

Anil Upadhya is an experienced chemical engineering professional with a robust background in production operations and technical monitoring. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Shell since September 2018, Anil oversees a proactive technical monitoring process and supports remote production monitoring. Prior to Shell, Anil held the position of Senior Manager at Reliance Industries Limited from November 2014 to September 2018, functioning as a shift manager in production operations. Anil's career also includes a role as Assistant Manager at Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. from July 2010 to November 2014, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily production issues and new project implementations in the ammonia plant. Anil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from SDMCET, Dharwad, obtained between 2006 and 2010, and participated in various cultural activities during education.
