Ann Stephens

Ann Stephens is the Head of US Trading Litigation and serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Shell Oil Company since 2008, where they focus on US Trading and antitrust litigation, including FERC regulatory actions and arbitration. They have significant experience with investigations, patent infringement, trademark protection, and various contract issues. Prior to joining Shell, Ann was a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where they worked from 1994 to 2002, and an Accountant/Auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1987 to 1991. Ann earned their law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1991 and 1994.
