Anna Cieśla possesses a robust background in change management and communications, currently serving as a Tech Business Readiness/Change and Delivery Manager at Shell since October 2017. In this role, Anna oversees a global program's change management and delivery, including the development and execution of comprehensive business plans. Previously, Anna held positions at Herbalife as a Digital Coordinator, managing global online initiatives, and at Making Waves in various roles, culminating as a Senior Content Editor/Communications Specialist, where responsibilities included content marketing campaign leadership and project delivery. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from Krakow University of Economics and postgraduate studies in Public Relations from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. ks. J. Tischnera w Krakowie.
