Anthony Harte

Anthony Harte is a social impact leader with 20 years of experience driving strategic initiatives in philanthropy and corporate social responsibility. They served as SVP and Head of Philanthropy and Social Investment for Bank of America, where they oversaw a $65 million philanthropic capital deployment that created over 10,000 jobs in the EMEA region and contributed to efforts advancing racial equality. Prior to this, they held various roles including Community Partnerships Manager at Lehman Brothers and VP of Community Affairs at Nomura, where they established notable social programs and governance frameworks. Currently, Anthony is the Head of Social Impact for Shell UK, managing a £100 million social impact fund focused on jobs and skills in the energy transition. They hold an MSc in Grantmaking, Philanthropy and Social Investment from Bayes Business School and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of York.
