Arjun's career began as an Inplant Trainee at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited in May 2012, followed by a Graduate Trainee position at Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd from March 2015 to July 2016. Arjun then worked as a Subject Matter Expert-Chemicals at FutureBridge and briefly as an Executive-Operations at TotalEnergies in 2017. From May 2017 to November 2019, Arjun served as Manager-Process Operations at Reliance Industries Limited, focusing on VCM Plant Operations.
