Armin F. is a seasoned commercial lead in Low Carbon Fuels at Shell, having previously held positions as a Commercial Advisor and Project & Portfolio Analyst. With a strong background in cross-border transactions, Armin played a key role in the dilution of a 25% equity stake in the LNG Canada Joint Venture and advised on significant public bid rounds in Africa. Prior to their current role, Armin gained valuable experience at KPMG Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A divestments and debt refinancing.
