Arnold Teo is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in engineering and management. Teo served as a Consultant at Shell Global Solutions from July 2001 to August 2004 before taking on various senior roles at Shell from January 2007 to November 2010, including Senior Manager Technology and Senior Manager Operations at Shell Refining Company in Port Dickson, Malaysia, as well as Senior Technologist at Pulau Bukom Refinery in Singapore. Prior to this, Teo held the position of Area Production Unit Manager at Thai Oil PLC from August 2004 to December 2006, overseeing operations at the Thai Oil Refinery in Sriracha, Thailand. Teo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with First Class Honours in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
