Arthur Berbert is a Mechanical Engineer and certified Energy Risk Professional (ERP®) fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. They began their career at Shell Upstream Operations in Brazil as a Topsides Engineer, enhancing their engineering knowledge and safety leadership skills. Later, Arthur transitioned to the Shell Energy trading group, taking on various origination and business development roles where they managed gas sales, joint offerings, and stakeholder negotiations. Currently, they serve as a Senior Originator and Business Developer at Shell Trading, focusing on hybrid solutions for Flexible Generation Assets. Arthur is also pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at UFRJ - Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
