Avinash Chopra

Avinash Chopra is a Governance Manager in the Adura division at Shell, where they leverage extensive expertise across Upstream, Downstream, and Renewable businesses. They have significantly contributed to Shell's bottom line through various commercial and technical roles, notably as the M&A lead for two major acquisitions, including Shell's largest investment in Renewable in India. Previously, Avinash delivered over 20 Investment Proposals for Brunei Exploration, totaling more than $300 million, and developed a country strategy to maximize asset value. Avinash holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and has achieved Level 1 Distinction in Finance from the CFA Institute.
