Ayesha Kapoor

Ayesha Kapoor is currently the DGM of Communications and Community Engagement at Shell, where they act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and manage various communication initiatives. Previously, Ayesha held roles such as DGM of Marketing and Communications at NPC and GM of Internal Communications at Shell Aviation Fuels Services Ltd, where they successfully led rebranding strategies and internal campaigns. Ayesha earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University and an MBA in Marketing from FMS, DU. With a strong focus on integrated marketing communications and employee engagement, Ayesha has demonstrated impactful leadership across multiple industries.
