Aysha Binbraik is a Chartered MCIPD and ACC with over 25 years of experience as a crisis manager, coach, and senior HR professional. Having held various HR roles within Shell, including HR Manager for the Middle East and Strategic Resourcing Manager, Aysha demonstrated a strong commitment to people development, policy implementation, and ethical practices. Aysha has facilitated numerous HR learning sessions and taken part as a key speaker at international conferences, sharing expertise on talent management and diversity and inclusion. Aysha’s educational background includes a BSc in Biochemistry & Pharmacology from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Manchester.
